  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Participation in Visual Theater has tuition of the following: $1750

Some ensembles charge additional fees for uniforms and regionals/world championships.
Visual Theater does NOT! You can even keep your uniform at the end of the season.

$250 deposit MUST be paid by the first full camp (after contract offer) to finalize your spot. This will also cover the deposit on your uniform.

All members will participate in an ensemble fundraiser as well as have fundraiser opportunities for membership tuition.

The funds raised in the ensemble fundraiser go towards operational costs and equipment procurement.

Visual Theater strives to keep tuition as low as possible. At this time, Visual Theater does not offer scholarships. Payment due dates are scheduled throughout the season for those who cannot pay in one lump sum. Dismissal from the ensemble, is likely, for members who are not current with the payment schedule.

Preparation! Get the material early and practice! One of the key traits we look for is confidence.
Make sure you are practicing your fundamental skills on all aspects of equipment and movement. We are looking for performers who can exhibit a high level of visual proficiency. Start moving NOW! ALL performers should exhibit a high degree of flexibility. Adaptability is a huge element of performance.

  • Do you provide housing?

In the COVID environment, we can endeavor to help facilitate the housing process for Visual Theater members. Often, this will involve housing with local members.

PLEASE NOTE: For open audition weekends, if necessary, you will need to make your own housing arrangements.

  • What is the rehearsal and performance schedule for the season?

After auditions, there are rehearsals every weekend for the duration of the season (mid-October - April).

PLEASE NOTE: This is subject to change depending on changes in practice venues, additional performances, etc. But we will do our best to keep the schedule page up to date and accurate.
